actually looks like.

Each discovery call is tailored to the type of work you are exploring. Select the one that best fits your situation, or reach out by email if you are unsure.

You speak first

 

I ask you to describe what is happening in as much or as little detail as you choose. There is no script, no intake form, no agenda sent in advance. The first 15 minutes are yours.

I ask different questions

 

I listen for what the system is doing — not just what you are experiencing individually. I may ask questions that feel sideways. That is intentional: different angles reveal different things.

We explore together

 

By the end of the call, you should have at least one new perspective on the situation, regardless of whether we work together. The call is useful in itself, not a preview of something else.

No obligation follows

 

I do not send a follow-up sales proposal. If working together seems right for both of us, I will say so clearly, and so can you. If not, the call still happened, and that is enough.
